Restructure & Administration (2015)

The first step in implementing the Land Development Regulation (LDR) update approach is restructuring the LDRs to facilitate adoption of the LDR Update Amendments. This includes amending the applicability and administrative provisions found in Articles I, V, VII, VIII, and IX of the 2012 LDRs and incorporating interpretations and practices that have been used for years, but never codified. The goal is to make the LDRs more user-friendly, clear, consistent, and concise.
