Project Description

The County is relocating the Fire Resolution for New Subdivisions Resolution (which can be found HERE) into the Land Development Regulations (LDRs), with additional amendments. These amendments include but are not limited to the following LDR sections: Division 7.6, Transportation Facility Standards, Division 7.7, Required Utility Standards, and Article 8, Bridge Permit process.

Public Hearing Process

This amendment to the LDRs is scheduled to go before the Planning Commission on June 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. and the Board of County Commissioners on July 1, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. The agendas for these hearings will be posted closer to the hearing dates.

5/2/25 Draft Language Available for Public Review and Comment.

On May 2, 2025, Staff have made the draft language for AMD2024-0002 available for review and comment in Konveio. The draft language is available HERE or by clicking on the image below.
